Crank Call

Headline: Anti-Meth Pamphlet Lists Singles Chat Line

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A brochure offering help and advice to those affected by methamphetamine addiction mistakenly listed a telephone number for an adult singles chat line instead of a drug help line.

Well, that's just Great! Now they have to struggle with TWO addictions.

Whoever made the typo should be spanked - shouldn't be a problem - they already have the phone number.

Even though this is a methy situation, all that needs to be done is to recover those brochures and just tweak them a bit. Things would be better in no time.

If not maybe one of them, at least, scored a date for the weekend. I wonder if her name is Crystal.

This happened to the company I work for. Someone "assumed" that the toll free number to be printed on an email blast we sent out was to start with 888. Well, thats' incorrect, it should have been 800. As it turns out, the 888 number was a number to a gay porn site. NOT just a porn site....a GAY porn site promising "hot man on man action". As much as I hate my job, I can honestly say that it couldnt have happened to a nicer company.
