Ho-Ho-Holy Shit!

Headline: Santa dies in front of kids

CHILDREN watched in horror as a Santa Claus collapsed and died as he handed out presents at a Christmas party. Andrew Robertson, 82, took ill as excited youngsters were being given their gifts.

Am I sick and wrong for thinking this is funny?
And I thought some of my Christmas memories were bad. This definitely beats out any sob story I could ever tell.

Phoenix: I have a hard time imagining anything else for those poor kids.

John: True. I'm having a vision of a new horror movie on the horizon: Christmas Presence! Aaaaahhh!

Is it bad that I started laughing when I read that? I feel like a bad person or something!

Ha Ha. JohnB, that's a good one.

Christmas Future is a slew of drunk santas with their beards falling off and telling us how bad we are.

Sick? It's certainly not funny to Robertson's family. Yet, the irony kinda slaps you in the face. And irony expressed usually results in laughter.

Fated: if that means you're a bad person, then you're not alone. I laughed hard!

Enemy: yes, John gets "best comment" award on this one. I hope I don't run into those Santas you speak of.

X: sounds like a reasonable explanation. thanks, I don't feel so bad now. ;) I guess we all channel for SJ on occasion, huh?

You gotta love Photoshop. Now if "I" had done that,..I would have put a red-suited arm with a white glove coming out of the ground. "The Day The Dead Santa Walked The Earth", could be a great Tim Burton movie.

Ray - it's probably already in production. another title could be Santa Claws.

Mindy - Yes, it had to be a scary experience for them. I was never afraid of Santa though. Now, Nuns? Well, that's a whole 'nuther story.

buncha sickies!!!! there's a subtle dark humor to it, for sure, though those poor kids, or maybe we're all just a jaded society, I dunno...don't feel like being self-righteous on this one...when those kids grow up, they'll likely laugh at how they felt...maybe
