This apparently happened in a parked SUV. Now, those victims have no one to blame but themselves.

What could they have done to avoid those injuries? Let's take a stab at it, shall we? Hmm, let's see. That's a tough one. Oh, I know! step out of the car. It's not like the guy would've chased after them or anything.

They deserve to have to explain that story to people who inquire about their newly formed brands of stupidity. Ahem, well, it's like this. There was this paralyzed guy...

Too bad doctors can't stitch up wounds to display PSAs and/or warnings. Although, you may end up resembling Damien for having a weird scar on your head but instead of 6-6-6, it would simply read A-S-S.

It would save a lot of time and trouble with blind dates or job interviews if the person immediately saw a scar that read: idiot, or something to that effect.

Wouldn't it be nice to know something like that in advance? Think about it. But these are just my feelings on the subject, which - oddly enough - are only from the waist up.
