Headline: Uganda police ban playing pool in the daytime
So, here's my concern. They're banning daytime pool games, right, but at night the power is out. What the hell? Do pool balls glow-in-the-dark in Uganda?
If so, that would be fantastic! Even more fun than disco lights/bowling nights - which, if I'm not mistaken, was also an 80s movie starring Michael J. Fox.
The report continued to say that the bar owners like pool tables because of the money they generate and the fact that they require no electricity. no doubt! how else will you plan to rob that mansion unless you're doing it over a friendly game? that's when my best evil plots come to mind. :)
Playing pool in the daytime allows all the Ugandan criminal minds to gather and conspire all their dastardly plans.
Way to go Ugandan police!
