Beached Wail

Headline: Oxnard police review beach driving policy after sunbather's death

(06-14) 05:48 PDT Oxnard, Calif. (AP) -- Police are reviewing their beach patrol policies after officers in an SUV ran over and killed a sunbather, authorities said.

The officer shouldn’t have to take complete responsibility for this tragedy, although I’m sure someone who they believed to be in distress distracted them - distress meaning: thong bikini; the sunbather is at fault as well.

It is obvious to me that she was wearing the wrong type of sunscreen. Maybe she wouldn’t have ended up impersonating an ostrich if she’d only used the right kind instead.

You know, the kind that blocks harmful SUV rays.
