Back-Side Effect
Headline: FDA Advisers Say Diarrhea Vaccine Safe
Federal health advisers unanimously voted Wednesday that Merck's candidate, RotaTeq, seems safe and effective. They also urged careful monitoring to watch for that side effect, a twisted bowel condition, and other possible problems.
Twisted bowels?!? We're not gonna take it.
Just exactly how does this vaccine work? If it's anything like the flu vaccine, that's really, REALLY gross - but very possible considering the article claims that it will be administered in liquid form.
Ain't that some shit.

Twisted bowels?
So basically this vaccine works kinda like wringing the water out of a wet towel?
My bowels hurt just thinking about it.
Past generations come up with vaccines for polio and smallpox, our generation comes up with one for "the runs." To top it all off, this vaccine is probably just liquified Wheaties. ;-)
MHG: ouch.
Rocky: haha - probably so!
