Once the lawyers sifted through the details they figured out she was using them as a stress reliever. Heh.PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- A woman who was arrested and jailed for three weeks on drug charges for what turned out to be flour-filled condoms has settled a lawsuit against the city for $180,000.

Using them as a stress releiver. Ironic though when you consider that nothing would cause me MORE stress then to be in an office working with someone passing the day clutching a flour-filled condum. If you need to go to those lengths to releive stess - spring for the stress ball.
Yeah, no tellin' how bad it would be to have both handy though. :)
During those blurry teenage years I may recollect throwing a ziplock filled with flour at a small-town cop car during a bout of Halloween antics while dressed in battle fatigues...:)
