UFO?

Headline: NASA Postpones Shuttle Landing Due to Mystery Object

Earlier today at about 2:45 a.m. EDT (0645 GMT) an instrumentation and communications officer in NASA’s shuttle Mission Control room at Johnson Space Center noted an object between the orbiter and Earth, and traveling at about the same speed of the spacecraft.

Uh oh!!

Just remember, "Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!"

It's Michael Moore again. You remember....you sent him up to find that orb.

Then if it's Mikey, I hope the Shuttle is equipped with long range missles. :)

That's why the shuttle needs a ray gun. And by the way where is our ray gun. In 2001: A space Odessey, we had already developed self aware computers and suspended animation. You'd think at the very least we could have a ray gun. Then we could zap the object out of the way and land our extremely outdated and ineffecient spacecraft safely.

I bet the unknown object has a ray gun. (I say if you don't have a ray gun you have no business in space.)

john - I hope not.

Ray - calling Orson - come in Orson!

DWO - I agree. We should have those by now. And pills for lunch and a briefcase that folds up into a little box.
