Toast with Bacon Homicide

Headline: Police Probe Dance Club Row Prior to Anaheim Shooting
Police were investigating a late-night dispute at an Anaheim dance club that spilled over to a restaurant early this morning and ended in a fatal shooting, the third at a Denny's restaurant this week in California.
I knew about the free food on your birthday, but I had no idea they offered last meal specials as well.

The funny thing is for every All-American Slam sold, a percentage of the proceeds go toward National Urban League programs. So, how do you think that's working out? (crickets)

According to the report, a spokesperson for Denny's claimed the chain is "redoubling efforts" to provide a safe environment. Redoubling - what does that mean? It's now four times more safe as it was before?

One thing is for certain: when the call was transmitted by Dispatch regarding a shooting at Denny's, you can bet your hashbrowns every cop within a 50 mile radius responded.

Maybe the shooting happened when some guy got toast instead of pancakes and he just snapped!

It's like the Wild West out there. People take guns in there and just fire away for any damn reason. Cold toast. Warm coffee. It's clearly Denny's fault.

Redoubling could mean something like the the equation below, where effort=E, and results=R;

E=0

E*time=R

0*1month=0; R=0 oops! someone died.

[notice the 'redoubling' multiplication factor of '2')

2*0*1month=0; R still =0! Wow, imagine that!
